Privacy notice — CENTIVUE Decision Clarity Review
Status: Early pilot. This notice describes actual handling as of the launch candidate. If any part cannot be done as written, it will be corrected before real intake opens, not left as a promise.
What we collect
The answers you type in the request form, your email address, the consent choices you make, and the time of your request. We do not ask for your real name, ID, files, images or recordings. Please do not include other people's identifiable details, third-party real names, addresses, company secrets, or information that could identify a minor.
Why
Only to review your request, contact you with follow-up questions, prepare a Decision Clarity Report if your request is accepted, and, if you choose, ask for feedback afterwards. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, a report, or a specific response time.
Who can access it, and where it is stored
Access is limited to the CENTIVUE review team led by Gavin Tang, who is responsible for final human review. Your submission is stored in three different places, and they are not the same thing:
- Tally — stores the form submission (EU, Belgium, per Tally's hosting information).
- AgentMail — stores the notification email copy sent to centivue@agentmail.to, which contains the full answers.
- Third-party AI tools — may process a desensitised case summary to help analyse the request and draft parts of a report. Your email address is not included in that summary. No AI provider is named here, because provider names, regions, and retention/training policies are not yet confirmed; they will be stated here once confirmed, and no provider is named in the meantime. A person reviews all output before it is sent to you.
Deleting one Tally record does not delete all copies. The notification email copy, review records, and any authorised processing copies must be handled separately.
How long we keep it
We aim to process or delete requests that are not accepted within 30 days, and delivered ordinary cases within 90 days after delivery. This is a manual process by the review team, because Tally Free does not delete automatically. After deletion in Tally, a submission may remain in Tally backups for a period (up to about 90 days, per Tally's information), so deletion is not immediate and complete in every copy. These periods are targets, not guarantees.
Crisis and out-of-scope requests
CENTIVUE is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial or therapy service and does not accept crisis, medical, legal or therapy requests. If you say you are in crisis or danger, or are not sure, your request does not enter the ordinary review queue; you will see safety information instead, including your local emergency number and findahelpline.com, and your submission will be held for safety triage first. We do not promise that every crisis submission will receive an individual safety email. Please note: anything you type in the form is stored in Tally before a human reads it, so crisis wording in free text cannot be kept out of storage entirely — it is removed manually once seen, and no judgment reply is made on it. This inbox is not monitored as an emergency service.
Your choices
You can ask us to withdraw your request, access it, or delete your data at any time. Email centivue@agentmail.to from the email address you used to submit, so we can verify it is your request. We do not use an automatic Request ID system for this. We never publish your story or use it for marketing without your separate permission. Marketing updates and case-study use are optional, off by default, and refusing them does not affect your request.
Pilot limits
First pilot: limited to 10 applications in the first 7 days, and at most 3 reports will be accepted for delivery. Acceptance is decided by Gavin Tang after human review. This site uses no advertising trackers or analytics of its own; the embedded Tally form is subject to Tally's own service terms.
