What this is not
It is not therapy, counselling, mental-health or medical diagnosis, legal advice or rulings, financial or investment advice, or crisis support. It does not make decisions for you and does not guarantee any outcome or correct answer.
Eligibility
Adults 18 and over. We do not accept requests involving self-harm, crisis, abuse or immediate danger; please contact local emergency services or findahelpline.com.
The pilot
Places are limited and reviewed by hand. Submitting does not guarantee acceptance. We may ask follow-up questions before writing anything, and we may decline if we cannot help responsibly. We do not promise a delivery time.
